Lovely apartment stay Positive: The apartment was quite spacious with a walk in wardrobe very clean 2 double beds nice size bathroom kitchen small balcony and ac.. The bedroom/frontroom has 2 double beds very comfotable.. Kitchen there were plates cups wine glasses untensils fridge cooker coffee machine toaster and kettleand dishwasher. washing up liquid and dishwashing pods and kitchen roll included.. Bathroom nice and clean with a very nice rainfall shower toilet paper shower gel shampoo and conditioner was provided nice touch ...and very clean. Ohh let me not forget the very nice gym and pool this was great .. Me and my son had a very nice time here very convenient to everywhere the free train right outside front door walkable to many food places . Also room key will be an app on your mobile device so keep it charged for entering the building .... Also if you love candy like me there is rhe biggesr candy store across the road where the ferris wheel is its amazing Negative: Had to pay 7 dollars per suitcase to store in the hotel next door as we arrived super early and we had 4 suitcases

Positive: location was good Negative: bed very cheap and uncomfortable layout of the living space

MiamiFest Positive: Emplacement idéale, proche de tout. Tout est à proximité. Agréable vue. A refaire. Negative: Le système de clés virtuel un peu compliqué au début mais après ça été 😅

We initially had a lot of frustration trying to get the app for entry into the building to work and I got to the point w Positive: The shower was probably the best I’ve ever used with two sources of water at once if wanted and a push button system for controlling the water ….. We loved it ! Negative: The app and entry system into the apartment and the lifts …. Half the time they didn’t work …..Oh my gosh it was such a pain !! Cards should be an option for older customers !! Also the bed configuration meant one of us had to climb over our partner or get to the end of the bed to exit !

Decepcionante Positive: A localização é boa, perto do Bayside Marketplace e tem muitas opções de restaurantes próximos. A cozinha é bem equipada, o banheiro e a ducha são satisfatórios. Negative: A cama é péssima, o colchão é muito incômodo,, foi como dormir em um sofá-cama, não consegui descansar bem. As toalhas de banho eram pequenas e pareciam velhas. Tem um edifício em construção bem ao lado, e muito barulho de dia. O apartamento só tem uma mesa pequena, uma poltrona e um sofá, mas a altura da mesa em relação à poltrona é incômoda para quem deseja trabalhar. Não usei a piscina, mas o visitei o rooftop, e estava lotado. Não é um lugar para quem deseja descansar e relaxar. O sistema de abertura das portas e de uso do elevador depende de um app que usa o bluetooth do celular, e às vezes não funciona bem. Vi vários idosos com dificuldade para usar o elevador.
